The National Construction Workers' Rights (NCWR) in collaboration with the Centre for Holistic Development is employing this survey to collect data on construction workers' registration status with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

नेशनल कंस्ट्रक्शन वर्कर्स' राइट्स (NCWR) यह जानना चाहता है कि क्या आप दिल्ली बिल्डिंग एंड अदर कंस्ट्रक्शन वर्कर्स वेलफेयर बोर्ड में पंजीकृत हैं और क्या आपको पंजीकरण कार्ड मिला है। इस सर्वे में जो जानकारी ली जाएगी, उसका उपयोग हम आपको पंजीकरण कराने में मदद करने के लिए करेंगे, अगर आप अभी तक पंजीकृत नहीं हैं। अगर आपका पुराना पंजीकरण कार्ड खत्म होने वाला है, तो हम उसे नवीनीकरण करवाने में भी आपकी मदद करेंगे।
The National Construction Workers' Rights (NCWR) wants to collect information on whether you are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and have been issued a registration card. We will use the information collected from this survey to help you register with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board if you have not already registered and to help you renew your existing registration card if it is expiring.

1. सर्वे करने वाला शीट के बाएँ कॉलम में सर्वे में दर्ज किए गए अनुसार पूरा कानूनी नाम भरे। / Surveyor to fill in the full, legal name as per what has been entered in the survey in the left column of the sheet.
2. सुनिश्चित करें कि शीट में दर्ज नाम इस सर्वे में दर्ज नाम से मेल खाता हो। / Ensure that the name that is entered in the sheet matches what has been entered in this survey.
3. उत्तरदाता से शीट के दाएँ कॉलम में हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए कहें। / Ask the respondent to sign in the right column of the sheet.
4. यदि उत्तरदाता निरक्षर है तो उन्हें प्रदान किए गए स्याही पैड का उपयोग करके अंगूठा का निशान लगवाएं। / If the respondent is illiterate then take their thumb print using the ink pad provided to you.”
